Time Attack
A Camaro SS 1LE built for local time attack competition: an MCS damper package, camber plates, upgraded sway bar end links, ARP wheel studs, a 305/30/19 square tire setup and a full competition chassis setup.
The project
This Camaro SS 1LE came to us to be turned into a serious local time attack car. We built the suspension around an MCS damper package with camber plates, added upgraded sway bar end links, ARP wheel studs and a 305/30/19 square tire setup, then finished the car with a full competition chassis setup: corner balanced, aligned and dialed in so it behaves predictably at the limit. Everything on the car is aimed at running its local time attack classes.
