In-house capabilities

Everything under one roof

Design, analysis, machining, fabrication and testing all happen here, which means the part you get is the part we engineered, not something designed by one company and manufactured by another.

CAD Modelling & Design

Every component starts as a model. We design around real packaging constraints like brakes, wheels, headers and steering instead of designing in isolation and hoping it fits.

3D Scanning & Reverse Engineering

Scanning lets us work from what the car actually is rather than what a drawing from 1968 claims it is. That accuracy is what makes a bolt-in part actually bolt in.

Finite Element Analysis

Loads, stress and deflection get analysed before anything is machined. FEA tells us where material belongs and where it is wasted. Strength without dead weight.

CNC Machining

Billet parts are programmed, fixtured and machined in-house. Keeping machining under our roof means tolerances, material and finish are our responsibility end to end.

Custom Fabrication

Suspension, turbo kits and one-off components fabricated in steel, stainless and aluminum, TIG welded, jigged and finished to the same standard as our production parts.

Real-World Validation

Nothing is finished when it fits. Street cars get road tested and race cars get track tested, with data, tire temperatures and driver feedback deciding what stays and what gets revised.

Who we work for

Engineering for builds, brands and everyone in between

The same CAD, FEA, scanning and machining capability isn’t reserved for cars on our lifts. We apply it to our own builds when a project calls for it, and we offer it as a standalone engineering and manufacturing service to individuals and companies across the industry.

Our own builds

When a build needs a part that doesn't exist, we design, analyse and make it in-house. Suspension geometry, brackets, spindles, chassis work: engineered around the car instead of sourced from a catalog.

Individuals and their projects

Your project, our tools. That runs the full range: reverse engineering and machining a one-off badge for a SEMA build, prototyping a bracket that nobody makes anymore, or designing a full custom chassis and building it here in the shop.

Brands and shops in the industry

Engineering and manufacturing capacity for other companies. Design studies, FEA on stressed components, 3D scanning, prototypes and small-batch production runs, delivered as parts or as drawings you can manufacture from.

How a project runs

From problem to proven part

  1. 01 Define the problem We measure, scan and drive the car first. Real data beats assumptions, and most handling problems are not what they appear to be from the driver's seat.
  2. 02 Model and analyse Geometry studies and FEA establish what the design needs to do and whether it can survive doing it. This is where the value is engineered in.
  3. 03 Prototype and machine Prototypes are made in-house, checked against the car and revised. Production parts are then machined and inspected in batches.
  4. 04 Validate and tune Track testing settles it. Springs, bars, damping and alignment get tuned to the driver and the tire, not to a spec sheet.
  5. 05 Support the result Setup sheets, spares and engineering support follow the car, including at the track when you need it most.

Bring us a problem

Have a handling or packaging problem to solve?

Tell us what the car is doing and what you want it to do. We'll tell you honestly whether it's an engineering problem, a setup problem, or a driver problem.
