Return & Refund Policy
At Gorman Performance Engineering (GPE), we stand behind the quality of our products and want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you need to return an item, please review our policy below.
Returns
We accept returns under the following conditions:

Eligibility:
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, uninstalled, and in their original packaging with all hardware, accessories, and instructions included.
- Custom-made or special-order products are not eligible for return unless defective.

Return Process:
- Contact us at gormanperformanceengineering@gmail.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
- Clearly write the RMA number on the outside of the package.
- Ship the item back to us at 1275 Cromwell Ave B-5, Rocky Hill, CT, 06067 using a trackable shipping service.
- The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the return is due to a GPE error.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect the returned item:
- If approved, a refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days after we receive the product(s).
- A 15% restocking fee may apply to non-defective items.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Exchanges & Warranty Claims
- If you receive a defective or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery for a replacement.
- Warranty claims follow our Terms of Service, which covers defects in materials and workmanship but does not cover normal wear, improper installation, or misuse.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Custom-fabricated or special-order products
- Installed or modified parts
- Clearance or final sale items
